Felicity is an experienced broadcaster on television and radio at local and national level, including an appearance on The One Show. She is also an experienced and entertaining public speaker who enjoys bringing history to life for her audience.

She has spoken at the National Army Museum in London and Battersea Arts Centre as well as many venues throughout Devon. She has spoken to groups such as the University of the Third Age, local history societies, Probus, Rotary and the Women’s Institute as well as primary and secondary schools.

  • The History of the Victorian Christmas Card – a family story. The firm Charles Goodall and Sons was one of the first commercial producers of Christmas cards and credited with the association of the robin with Christmas.
  • The English Teacher – A personal story – teaching English to street children and orphans in a Burmese monastery. 

All speaker fees go to help support two monastery schools that give free education to street children and those from conflict zones in Myanmar.
